Registration

• Full Conference Member Early Registration prior to 05/31/19 – $325.00
  Full registration provides full access to the conference sessions, exhibit hall and all conference materials. This registration also includes all meals and social events.
• Full Conference Member Registration after 05/31/19 – $375.00
  Full registration provides full access to the conference sessions, exhibit hall and all conference materials. This registration also includes all meals and social events.
• Full Conference Non-Member Early Registration prior to 05/31/19 – $380.00
  Full registration provides full access to the conference sessions, exhibit hall and all conference materials. This registration also includes all meals and social events. The non-member rate includes FPHRA membership dues for the remainder of the calendar year enabling all benefits of FPHRA membership for the remainder of the year.

  Daily Conference Registration provides full access to the conference sessions for one day: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (half-day). This registration does not include meals or social events other than breakfast, which is provided.
• Non-Member - Daily Conference Registration – $180.00
  Daily Conference Registration provides full access to the conference sessions for one day: Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (half-day). This registration does not include meals or social events other than breakfast, which is provided. The non-member rate includes FPHRA membership dues for the remainder of the calendar year enabling all benefits of FPHRA membership for the remainder of the year.
