NOTE: THIS METHOD IS FOR ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION ONLY, FOR WHICH A 5% PROCESSING FEE IS APPLIED AND PAYMENT IS COMPLETED USING PAYPAL. 

  - The Association Board no longer accepts American Express Credit Cards as a means of payment.

  - Membership Fees are nonrefundable. Agency members may be substituted for paid members via written or e-mail confirmation to the Association Treasurer.
